Free costs nothing. Building, downloading, and sharing quotes on the Free plan is free, so there's nothing to charge and nothing to refund.

Pro is a paid monthly subscription. Everything below is about Pro charges and how to cancel.

Free plan

The free plan is the whole workflow with monthly limits. No card, no charge, nothing to cancel. Stop using it whenever you want.

To remove your account entirely, email support and we'll delete it.

Pro plan

Pro is a month-to-month subscription. Here's how it works:

Cancel anytime. You keep Pro through the end of the period you already paid for, then drop back to Free.
No long contract and no cancellation fee.
Your saved quotes stay with you when you move back to Free, up to the Free limit.
Every charge comes with a receipt you can download.

Refunds

Because Pro is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime, we don't promise refunds on a period you've already used.

If you were charged by mistake — a double charge, or a charge right after you canceled — email support and we'll make it right.

Cancel

Cancel Pro from your account settings whenever you want. If you can't reach it, email support and we'll cancel it for you.
